The RSB system: a safe and suitable solution for the handling of coils

Turning heavy loads, such as coils, is a delicate and potentially dangerous operation. It is to meet these safety and efficiency challenges that LIFTEUROP has developed the RSB system, a solution designed to ensure smooth, safe and respectful handling of the transported parts.

Robust and intelligent design

The RSB system is composed of:

• a pulley,
• a wire mesh sling,
• a fastener,
• and a hook.

This system offers a safety factor of 4 and is distinguished by the use of riveted mesh (and not welded as in most cases), allowing only the damaged part to be replaced without having to change the entire sling. A cost-effective, durable and easy-to-maintain solution.

An ideal solution for coils

Thanks to its geometry, the RSB system allows a homogeneous distribution of forces over the entire width of the sling and avoids spot loading. It is also possible to add, on request, a protective sleeve (in fabric or PVC) for even more durability.

A dedicated stand for optimized storage

LIFTEUROP has also developed a specific holder for the RSB system, designed to make it easier to store and prevent it from dragging on the floor between uses. This support not only extends the life of the equipment by protecting it against premature wear, but it is also perfectly in line with a 5S-type industrial organization approach.
